Are-- you know there's like a killer around, right? Should you be wandering around again?

Or, well, I guess it could be an unfortunate accident, but I'm not new to the whole adventuring thing. I've done this one before.

Hey, are you any good at solving mysteries?

[He considers that for a long several seconds.]

Should practice getting better at it, because if this goes like all these types of stories go, we'll definitely be attempting to solve this one.

[Sighing out, looking him up and down.]

Yeah, gotta say, you don't quite have the boy detective look down.

I want to solve it. I want to find the person who hurt Hajime-chan. Someone who would do something like that. . . can't be forgiven.

[Holding up his hands, because this got intense really fast.]

I get the feeling we've got no clue what the whole picture is yet, that's all. Intentionally, because this is obviously shady business.

[He's getting more frustrated again, but it's mostly frustration at his inability to find something to direct this anger towards.]

Uh-- I mean! Like I said, I don't disagree, but there's clearly some magical hijinks happening and I don't exactly have any spells to figure shit out at the moment, so rushing headlong into things just feels like a way to get fucked over. Also, you're like, what, 5? Are you a human? I guess I never asked.
