[So I hear Elsa is just chilling in the woods. I have to come up with a reason that Taako would be out here, so, here it is. Stumbling through the trees, making extremely pissed off faces at nature. It isn't like he doesn't know what it is. He's been an adventurer for like, literally more than a century, he is just too famous to deal with it now. Eugh.]

Alright. Cool. Absolutely fucking nothing good out here. Guess I'm gonna go be bored somewhere else.

[Elsa looks up from her journal—and blinks.]

Um. Taako?

[Posing? Posing. God.]

Uh, why are you out here? It's kinda terrible.

[from teevee, which, at this point, she assumes is a location. like "elsa from arendelle" kinda thing. she. nods. at the pose?]

Well, because, it's... it's quiet.

["...and I'm still mitigating the shock of three people dying in a row, and if I sit in one place very very still for hours on end, I'm certain people around me will become worried, so I'm doing it out here, instead".]

...And easier to think.

Guess that's an upside. Just seems like the downsides - grass, bugs, fresh air. Balances out.

I did this for years, you know, the whole sleeping outside, streets and stuff. Blech!

Anyway, can just stay here, it's-- quiet. I guess. Um, okay, story . . . story. Oh, how about the time a boy jumped off a spaceship to impress me, that's a pretty good one!

[well, once kano is finally taken away after an hour, elsa is ready to have a depression nap while everyone else has their lil moments with the soon-to-be-departed—and she's making her way slowly back to the inn.

surprisingly, she looks rather calm—albeit, decidedly aloof. if it wasn't for the pinch in her brow (or the fact that she spent an hour holding kano's arm), it would be hard to discern that she's even bothered at all.]

[He's not good at emotions, even if he's actually faily astute at reading them. It's the empathy part, that requires you to open up and admit that you, too, sometimes feel things? It's rough out here.]

[it's a silly question, but. he reached out, so it only feels fair.]

That is-- [Doing that thing where someone is struggling to think of what to say, so they just wag their finger around instead. Hah.] An incredibly difficult question to answer?

I don't want to believe any of the people here did it. I... don't.

But I'm not a fool. Someone is hiding their involvement—and they willingly let a child take the fall for them, just to gain back a few memories.

[she swings her legs over the side of the bed, and looks up.]

Or we could switch. I don't mind being on top.

And I coulda jumped if four days ago a skeleton man hadn’t stabbed me in the gut.

[Elsa, it’s okay, you’re a gentle top. He does start to wiggle around and get ready to roll off the edge of the bed.]

[Then he just rolls off.]

she flounders, and catches him, spinning around as she tries to keep her balance???

but incredibly, she does manage to keep a hold on him, still panting, nearly laughing in disbelief.]

[Just still in her arms, because she’s a magical disney princess.]

And yeah, it’s called, uh, self-confidence! I’m amazing, therefore, you’d definitely try to catch me.
